To jumpstart my price evaluation:
1 . Find any old appraisals and copy the page which depicts measurements:
the sketch and room size dimensions and square feet calculations.
2. Make a list of any and all improvements over the past 5 years.
Include prices if you have them.
3. Provide details of your termite bond. Holder, date, type, term of bond,
transfer cost, fees
4. Put together a list of utilities and home services that you currently use.
